Michele and Jeff McCrindle have deep connections in the communities that Downbeach Home Watch serves. We have personally lived in Longport, Margate, Ventnor, and Ocean City. And for the past 13 years we have owned a home in Brigantine. We have delivered home watch services for 10+ years in this area.

In addition to being the co-founder of Downbeach Home Watch, Michele is an active real estate agent with the Coldwell Banker Downbeach Team and works out of the Ventnor office. The Coldwell Banker Downbeach Team recently achieved Global Luxury status for selling in the top 10% of their target market.
Michele is a former Miss Ventnor. If you were at last year's Christmas parade in Ventnor or this year's St Patrick's Day parade in Brigantine you would have seen Michele as an active leader in those events.
Michele is service oriented and follows up on every detail to ensure her client's needs are addressed. She is active in many local charities including the local food bank.
She serves on the board of the Chamber of Commerce in Brigantine and frequently networks with other local Chambers.
In addition to her work and volunteer activities, you will find Michele singing karaoke at local pubs and chasing a golf ball at local golf courses.

Jeff is also a cofounder of Downbeach Home Watch. With Michele he is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Downbeach Team. He proved he is good in sales by getting Michele to agree to marry him in 2023.
Jeff approaches business from an analytics perspective and has authored articles on Real Estate Analytics for local newspapers. This leverages his analytics experience serving as VP at 3 AI companies and corporate experience at GE, AT&T, IBM and Johnson & Johnson. He has completed programs at Harvard Law School, Wharton School of Business, Villanova University and Saint Joseph's University. He taught graduate Business Intelligence courses at Saint Joseph's University for 10 years. Jeff has owned a home in Brigantine since 2011 and has actively managed Jersey Shore rental properties for over 10 years. Like Michele, Jeff remains active in local area charities such as Feeding America, Brigantine Elks, and Brigantine Beach Plunge. Michele and Jeff live on the north end of Brigantine. |
