Our core business is our regular visits to your home to check for obvious items to address. Together we work with our clients to develop a checklist of items that our staff will report on after each visit to your home.
For security purposes, we will not do visits on the same time each week. By using a random schedule, it gives the impression your house is occupied. You will receive a report following each visit. If any issues are present, you will receive pictures providing insight into the issue. Contact us for a sample home visit report. Not all items can be seen from the ground - we offer FAA certified drone pilots who can take aerial photography of your roof if needed. Our services agreement will capture your preferences for action to be taken if a critical, time sensitive, issue is discovered. You retain control of all decisions. We are here locally to help you have confidence that you are aware of the issues concerning your home and the status of the corrective action. We will be happy to share examples of our checklists and visit reports. |

Storm Services When a storm is expected we can help secure items. After a storm occurs, we can schedule a visit to check for damage. Concierge Services We can check for packages that are shipped to your home. If contractors have scheduled service visits, we can host them onsite. Downbeach Home Watch employs the best software solutions available to ensure you have full insight into the status of your home. HomeWatch IT software and Quickbooks Online are used so you have access to your own customer portal to see visit reports. You will be able to view invoices online and pay these invoices with the variety of online payment methods. |
